The factory has more than 300 skilled workers, including nearly 50 engineering and technical personnel. It has set up departments such as the Engineering Department, R&D Department, Production Department, Mold Department, Injection Molding Department, Hardware Department, Quality Department, and Laboratory, and is equipped with complete sets of advanced production and testing equipment.
In recent years, driven by the rapid development of new energy vehicles, energy storage equipment, and medical equipment, the company has achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20% per year, with its overseas market share accounting for 35%.
